Default Car loss of power

So about 2 days ago I tried to turn on my Z, it’s a 2005 automatic convertible and it would turn on but seconds later would start stalling, we thought the gas reading was wrong (i was at 1/4 tank) so we put about 1 gallon of regular unleaded gas and it turned on fine and drove fine to the gas station where i filled it with premium 93 octane. The day after, i was making a red light stop and the car just died but i had enough power to get out the way, I turned it off and back on and it started running fine again. Is there a deeper problem, is it the mix of regular and premium, or should I be fine?
