Default SQUEAK FOUND! Now.... help me find this super odd part

I've added pictures but here's a written explanation of what I'm looking for: there is like plastic (or some kind of rubber?) wrapped around the bottom of the springs. This has come loose, as shown in the picture. This has caused me to lose my mind. Help nurse my mental health back to sanity by helping me find this plastic binding.

I searched Z1 and rockauto and even ebay to no avail. Best I've found is ebay where I could buy a used spring and get the plastic off of that one.

Is there a substitute I can use? A Mcguyver solution of some kind. I honestly can't thing of anything that will hold up over time to those kinds of pressures.

This is a used spring. It's the plastic on the bottom I want to find

You can see it right where the spring meets the lower shock mount. It's creaky like all hell.

Not to my knowledge, they come with the springs mostly. You on OEM springs?

Yeah, OEM. Travlee responded in the other thread showing me a link to "spring silencers". Looks to be what I need.

You can get them at the dealer. They're known to wear and eventually squeak. In fact, several Nissan models (not the Z's) had TSB's for us to replace the factory ones with ones that were a different color (made from different material) to silence squeaks when turning. I believe it was mostly Versa's and Sentra's.

Nah, I'm dropping it off at my mechanic's tomorrow. He has a spring compressor. I'm not screwing around with the death sticks. I'm too old for that crap.

Was doing some other stuff on the car and figured I would take off a front wheel and see what that spring bottom looked like. It's really messed up. Check it out.
