Cruise Control disconnected
Previous owner disconnected the Cruise control from the break pedal, i test it and it works fine when switch is press. Im a little paranoid about the reason why it was disconnected on the first place since it was intentional removing the screw. The fix is easy but, anyone has a clue why would you disconnect the switch on the first place?.

1) Problems with cruise control.
2) Trying to figure out how to do burn-outs.

Long shot, but if I had to guess, it might have been related to an aftermarket stereo or alarm system. A lot of the carplay and android supporting touchscreen radios will lock you out of watching videos (for good reason) while driving. The radios are programmed to check if the vehicle is in park or if the brakes are engaged. Perhaps the previous owner had some kind of hack installed to fool the radio and allow video to play on-screen while driving. The only other thing I can think of is some kind of aftermarket alarm system that included a remote start feature. I've never driven an AT 350Z, but I suspect you have to push on the brake pedal to start the car. Based on the pictures you sent, it looks like the previous owner removed whatever was there and simply didn't finish the job of re-installing the brake pedal switch.
