Default I need some help

Hey guys i was driving my Z today and it gave me an issue and i don’t know what it is yet. I was driving, with my VDC off and in 5th gear around 4.5 k rpm and the car lost power for a sec like traction control just came on even though i was driving in a straight line. After it happened ,the SLIP sign came on and now i have a check engine light :/. Anyone know what it could be or how to help it ? I don’t know the code yet because i don’t have an OBD2 and i’ll have to take to autozone tomorrow. I didn’t hear any knock or abnormal noises either.

I do not recommend driving it with a Cam Position sensor code, but in a pinch it can be done, just understand the engine may not run well. Also, only use OEM cam sensors. Typically when one of these goes out, it's worth the time to replace the other bank plus the crank sensor. If cash is tight, replace just the one.

I already bought some that aren’t OEM but the reviews say they have worked well. I’ve left the car alone too bad those sensors don’t come in until friday(pray to god)

If you can return them and purchase either OEM from Nissan or Hitachi from an autoparts store. I wouldn't buy them online as they can be knock-offs.

Reviews are one thing but if your problem comes back in a few weeks / few months get sensors from Nissan or Hitachi brand, in-store and not online.
