If you're referring to your AC's blower motor, it's pretty simple. Just 3 screws/bolts and one harness plug to undo and out it comes. No special tools required. It could be your blower motor's resistor that has failed, but I think in the 350Zs case, the assembly is one complete unit.
Here's a video link showing the blower box (cabin filter mod). You don't need to drop the entire blower box for simply swapping the blower motor/fan, but this will help give you an idea of the location and tools required.
