Doing some diagnostic work on an 04 with inop cooling fans and when I was running the active test and with it running I was getting very high voltage. Fans are bad, but I measure 17v with them unplugged. Curious if anyone has had this high voltage issue or might have a starting point to figuring out why? Ipdm seems to be operating normally for everything else.
