Pretty sure it's not enhancing the value.
Goof-Off or acetone (nail polish remover) should work.

No, no, don’t do that!! It’s that ultra rare AMgNi version! He was the very famous and ultimately well known engineer who signs all of his work. He adopted this practice and even his signature after seeing and admiring that the famed Mercedes tuners Aufrecht and Mulcher (AMG) had their engine builders hand sign each one (before it became part of Mercedes.
Pretty sure this signature is the genuine, real thing as the lower case “g” is unique and very difficult to duplicate.
Treasure this one of a kind vehicle! It’s worth at least, well, a LOT!!!

Mic, what was his name? Surely you are pulling my leg. This was on my Z when I bought it. It came from Colorado. I googled this writing, and nothing came up before posting. My local Nissan dealership had no clue. If this is true, I would love more info. Since you are a tech moderator I am counting on your advise. No matter what, it is worth alot to me. Love my car.

Sorry, couldn’t resist the urge to spin a yarn pulling your leg in the process. 😈😆
But yeah, I’m just envisioning a previous owner (or pranking friend) tagging the car just for kicks or laughs like this.

Don't have a clue other than a prank or just someone's ego. Something uppity I would do. (Yes, I've been called that. YKWYA.) Ha!
Very clean ZR, BTW. I had one briefly but sold it to a friend who still brings it around so I can kick myself. Oh well, I'll just have to live with my two other roadsters. And me saying "I'll never own a convertible!" a few years ago. Laff......

Door sill-not seal.
That is definitely something that should have been removed by the recon dept before the car was sold so many years ago-my guess is that the previous owner or some goofball wrote on your car with a sharpie.
