Clutch problem...
The weather recently got cold here in Florida. And out of no where in the middle of traffic, my clutch pedal starts randomly sticking to the floor. It's not a consistent thing though. Sometimes it will stick all the way other times it will stick halfway and pop back up other times not at all. Any suggestions? Sometimes ( very rarely) the car will get stuck in first gear as soon as I press the clutch down and it sticks to floor. 07 350z nismo.

This^^ or other hydraulic system (pending) failure, clutch master. But travlee is likely spot on as this is a known symptom a failing CSC on the HR (and above) models. Known fixes: HD concentric slave cylinder OR internal slave elimination (or CMAK - clutch movement alteration kit.) Both are by Z Speed Performance and I believe a couple of other companies ripped the ZSP design and copied it.

Had the same problem ...it was the Clutch Slave Cyl at the bell housing. Pretty easy to replace actually.
UPDATE: I see people more knowledgeable are commenting on the internal Hydraulic Throwout bearing, which apparently is referred to as CSC, which eliminates the Slave Cylinder on the outside of the bell housing.
I don't know what years they went with that (apparently the HR engine ones do). My 2005 has the typical slave cylinder on the outside. BUT if that were leaking you'd see evidence of that. Mine wasn't leaking, just failing

How much do you repair cost?

if so how much for the repair cost on those anyway for an hr?

So, no way to estimate until it's all apart and it's determined the clutch needs R&R in addition to the CSC. Sorry to bear the bad news.
Check the hydraulic lines for evidence of leakage before dropping (or having it dropped).
