Default PLS HELP Cranks but not getting Fuel

Please help, I bought my 03 350z a few months ago as a shell (no motor & no trans). I have sourced a CD001 transmission and a VQ35DE from a G35. The car is put together but when i try to start it, it is getting NO fuel to the lines up by the manifold. The fuel pump is not even turning on, the plug to the pump has power. I have replaced the fuel pump & sending unit, still nothing. I have checked my fuses and relays and all are good. please somebody help me

Are you getting 12volts at the pump?

Can you here the fuel pump trying to prime?

So start there - you may not have a good connection in the fuel pump basket or on the pump itself.

If you have power at the hat, but not the pump there’s an internal issue there. Was this a problem before replacing the pump?

It was the reason i replaced the pump and sending unit itself, i pulled the old pump out and connected it straight to the battery and it would not prime. i thought replacing the fuel pump would fix this issue but im still getting no priming.

That makes no sense. If you have power it should be working, possible to have 2 bad units but very unlikely. How are you connecting it to the battery and on what terminals?

Default Same problem here

I'm running into the same problem. The fuel pump is working. I took it out and hooked it up to a battery and it was working but when I turn the key on it's not working sending fuel to the front. I'm wondering if the anti theft is shutting off the power to the pump. I can't get my light on top of the dash to turn off. I've done the reset that the manual says over and over and I still got nothing it just cranks and won't start. Did you ever figure it out.

Typically no … antitheft doesnt influence the fuel pump priming (for the most part). If I remember correctly the fuel pump’s power is throug a relay that is controlled by the ECU but the fuel pumop primes with key on and then shuts off until the ECU gives igntion commands (which I believe are dependent on NATS and on the crank shaft and passenger side cam shaft position sensors being in-sync with each other).

I would check voltage at the top of the hat when you go key-on and if you have voltage there then you may have hooked your fuel pump up wrong … if you do not have voltage then trace back power to the IPDM, the relay and the fuse / fuses along the way. Section EC-100 / EC-101 in the FSM (approxiamtely) has a good layout of the detail for the wiring.
