2008 350z throttle body connectors
Hello,
I own a 2008 350z and I need some help. I'm wiring up new throttle body connectors but the wires on the new connectors are black and the old connectors weren't wired the right way so I can't go off of those. Can someone help me out by taking a picture of the connectors and the wires of both of the throttle bodies so I can wire them up correctly?

A better way to do it is identify which wire is which and use the factory service manual to determine which pin it goes to.
Motor + (open)
Motor - (close)
5v sensor supply
sensor ground
Throttle Position Sensor Output #1
Throttle Position Sensor Output #2
Its pretty easy to identify these with a little bit of logic and a volt meter … if you dont have a volt meter than you need to go buy one
start easy … the two larger/fatter wires will be the motor + and the motor - Just set those aside for now
with the key on (engine not running) - be prepared to label each wire after you determine which is which
get your volt meter and find which wire has 5volts on it (this will be your sensor power supply).
With the three wires remaining, change the volt meter to resistence and and see which wire gives you a resistence reading when you ground it out (meaning one probe on the wire and the other probe to a known good grounding point)
A little more difficult will be to determine which wire is TPS #1 and which is TPS sensor #2. You will need to find these wires on the ECU connector and check resistence(continuity) to determine which is #1 and which is #2.
You will do this same procedure for the motor + and motor -
Next - you will need to determine the throttle body connector pin out. This will be in the Factory Service Manual.
I can help you find each of these tomorrow.
