Love for these cars spans age, race, gender, etc - amazing as a new member to the forum and new 350z owner to see this post, really demonstrates the passion these cars create in people. I wish for clear roads and no tickets for you!

One other question to ask about your twice a year oil changes: in your dry climate, is it really needed? Unless you're running the engine extremely hard or long, the oil just sits in the crankcase.

My mechanic recommended it when I started cuttibg back on my driving, I assume mainly to insure the oil stays fresh
