Default Road trip!

Well my ex asked if she could have our daughter Easter weekend so I find myself free. I work from my cellphone but I never go anywhere because I pikk her up Fridays and drop her off mondays at school. So I'm gonna take the Z and drive off on April 6th and return to Orlando on the 11th. I was thinking maybe Biloxi so I could work at the hotel pool during the day and hit the casino at night. I've never been there but I can get a 4 star hotel room for 119.00 a night. Any suggestions other than my Biloxi idea? I think its like a 9 hour drive from here. I don't mind driving anywhere within 10 hours of Orlando but I'll be alone so I want to be able to have fun wherever I end up.

Default That'd be a good trip!

A trip to Biloxi would be a good one - sounds like you may stay at the Beau Rivage hotel/casino. If not, that's the one you want to stay at. It is THE nice place to stay & play in Biloxi. I-10 that goes across the FL panhandle, AL, & MS even has a few places where you can open up the Z a little. Have a blast!

yes, the Beau Rivage is the best place to stay in Biloxi. Avoid President's Casino. the best part about Biloxi is that the hotel room rates are relatively cheap on the Weekdays and a tad bit higher on weekends.

The Oasis at Grand Casino Gulfport has nice facilities also. (Lazy River around the pool. Beau Rivage pool is only 4 ft deep all the way across. Grand's number 1-800-946-7777.
We're having our annual crawfish boil that weekend, pm me if you would like to come by. A few other Z folks will be there.

Oh crawfish, yummy. Yea the Beau Rivage is the hotel I was looking at, guess I'll make the resevations and lock in my rate. That would be great if I could hook up with other Z owners while I'm there.

The girls should love the car, so taking it around single and alone in a 10 hr drive to a hotel sounds like a pretty sweet idea, ur single im assuming since you referred to her as the EX.

Yes I'm very single and very bored hehe I'm tethered to my cell during the days talking to my clients and my drivers. I don't really know anyone in Orlando except family, I can do my work from anywhere so here I go lol.

I don't know you age, but we have a single mid 40's lady friend with a 2004 6MT Roadster who will probably be at the party.

I'd reccomend the Beau Rivage as well, but don't gamble there. It's a really nice place, and they have to pay for it somehow

Once you are on I-10 in Mississippi, there are plenty of long bridges with no cops

Cool thanks for the info guys, I'm 38 btw. I haven't driven out that way in almost 20 years. I was stationed at Ft. Benning and used to drive my Fiero home on weekends to see my girlfriend. I think it was a 1400 mile drive, what a horny 18 year old will do to get some. Lol that pos Fiero, damn engine caught fire twice and the tranny was replaced a couple of times all in the first year. Well I made my reservations at the Beau Rivage from April 6th to the 10th and I'll check out on the 11th a Sunday and drive back to Orlando. So you guys out there let me know who to contact so I can meet up with ya all.

Hmm New Orleans, I really like that city. Another place I haven't been to since my early 20's. I remember going on a ferry that you can take your car on, I loved it so much I did it twice. I can remember walking into a bar and asking what time they closed, they said when the last customer leaves. How far is it from Biloxi?
