That silver 350z is going to be shooting for Import Tuner cover this week or next week. So he was just using the tape to protect the bumper.

They are 19x9.5+12 and 19x10.5+22 Gold LE37T.
The front looks off due to wrong size tires. He used a 40 profile instead of 35 profile.

I wanted to have all 4 tires the same diameter for better handling. Now I know why you can't do that with the Z, it messes up the TCS. So as of today, I will have the 35 profile tires. FYI for anyone thinking of doing this, it screws up your car's computer and you have acceleration problems.
