WOOOHOOOO.
Deler indicated to me today that his last report stated my VIN and status as AT SEA. Kind of strange considering that Iwas previously told that Canadian VINS were only given once the car was offloaded. But I'll take it anyway .
I wonder how up to date the status is in the sytem. Maybe my car is offloaded but not on rail yet...I doubt it thiugh considering I had a September build date. Man, these next few weeks are going to be slower then molasses.

Yeah, this wait is killing me.

My build date was first July, then moved to August.
Finally got a VIN on Saturday.

Hoping it comes in before my birthday next Friday.
That would be a sweet birthday present.

If you got the news today, there is a possibility that your car has docked today. I spoke to my dealer yesterday and he told me that my car was arriving at port today. And I should have it by friday. Also I have heard that they do receive the VIN's once the car has docked.

I think there is a Chrome Performance Z selling at Riverside Nissan out in Courtenay BC. Asking for $49250 in case some here is interested.

Just got back from the dealer, he originally told me that the car was September build, and will only get here by end of October, but today when I went to visit him, he brought out the file and said that the status is "SEA"!!! How long (the most) do you think it will take to get to Toronto? I just can't wait!

Another thing regarding the Winter tires, my tire dealer told me the Bridgestone LM-22 225s will not work on all four wheels because of the height difference of the rims, but he said that they should come out with some other sizes before winter. Any suggestions or comments?!

Winter tires???? If it snows out there , just park the car for the winter and buy yourself a beater for the winter months. The salt, sand and snow will beat the crap out of the car and its just not worth it when you spend almost $50 grand on a sports car. It rarely ever snows, if at all, here during the winter and I'm insisting on parking it from December to February. To each their own I guess.........remember the condition affects resale values!!!

myz350, let me know any status changes in your delivery because I too had a Septembver build and now have an "at sea" status so we are most likely on the same ship.
