Default Oil presser!

I've noticed that my oil pressure drops to around 60 after about 2500 miles after the oil change. When I take turns the needle drops to around 30 and then goes back up to 60. First 2 oil changes were made by the dealer and when I mentioned this issue they said that the oil is just thinning out. It is not a problem.
Now, I'm changing the oil myself. I use Mobile1, but can not drive more then 3000 miles due to the oil pressure drop. I've seen a few people who mentioned that their cars burn oil. Is this what I have? Does anyone else have this problem? What should I do?
I’m sure if I mention this issue to the dealer, they will blame it on me.

I don't know. I can never tell with the way Nissan designed the dipstick in the Z. I put 5 qt. every time I change oil though.
