i believe the above statement does point to the lemon law which has nothing to do with someone just not being happy with their gas mileage or the likes.

Haha. My bad. I saw him mention the lemon at the beginning and probably just skipped over the last line.

I was pretty close at one point to getting a Black RX-8 with the aero kit. IMO, they are very nice looking cars and the interior is nice. I believe the 8 is overpriced though. While it's a quick car in the straights, my old Celica GT-S would probably be neck-and-neck with one in both handling and straight line speed. It's also sad to see this potentially awesome car is having so many engine problems. I wish RX-8 owners the best of luck (no insults intended).
