For me, it's been a few things. 2 clips on the front bumper cover while installing my laser shifter, bent a few prongs on interior trim panels, crushed a clip trying to reassemble trim panels, and last but not least broke the passenger floor vent guide while removing the carpet. All in all nothing life threatening but still annoying.
What about you guys/girls?

I've broken several clips here and there. The worst thing so far was I stripped a few bolts when installing my Nismo headers. It took over two hours per bolt to drill them off. I have also broken several other bolts in the engine compartment.

I stripped a bolt on the front strut bar, but there are still 3 left there so its all good![Smilie](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Also, stripped the head of one of the bolts that attaches the heat shield when i was putting on the injen heat shield. Cost $70 for them to get it out.

I managed to break the head off 3 bolts in the engine bay while trying to install my grounding kit. Cost me almost $300.00 to drill those ****ers out + a big headache for a month after due to idiots at the shop I took it to.

I cracked a small piece of my fan shroud off when using a breaker bar to install an underdrive pulley (passenger side of the yellow sticker). ![Mad](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif)
During the same install, a bent part of the driver's side pulley bracket which holds the tensioner bolt in place. Only after I bent it did I realise something was wrong (ie: it couldn't be seized) and figured out that pulley's main pivot bolt *also* locked the pulley in place.

nothing on the car but i messed my knuckles up really bad one morning trying to get the strut bar off, wrench slipped off on a christmas morning ( irony ) and between the cold weather and the massive strut bar nuts scraping the hell out of my knuckles i almost passed out. i learned that day not to get antzy and get up when everyone is asleep on a cold day to try and install something on a empty stomache lol. the scars are my reminder

Heck, the body shop did THAT for me. I wondered where the new rattle came from, I pulled off the panel and found the broken clip.
(I don't THINK I broke them myself...)

You guys will like this one. While putting a new horn in my durango I was trying to loosen up a bolt with a breaker bar. When it finially went it went hard and slammed into the AC expansion tube. Yellow cr@p was shooting everywhere! That was a bad day.
