Default I picked up my car today!

I guess my bitching, whining and complaining did some good. I received a call from Baker Nissan North in Houston today that they have a CS Touring 6MT with all my options that they would sell me at MSRP not their 10K markup BS. It was another customer that backed out of their pre-order. Mine is scheduled for delivery on 10/28, so it is almost exactly 1 month away. But for the same car at the same price, I could have it now. That was all I needed to hear, I just drove it home and put it in the garage.

THE CAR ROCKS!

Same boat here.

Will have the car in the garage tomorrow, 9/28. Expected in Nov but someone backed out of the same as my preorder + aero package which I was going to add on.

Congrats!

I love this car! BTW, Vin # 1000.

I haven't noticed any clunkiness in shifting, no seatbelt rattle, the empty nav diplay door isn't flimsy, no funny whines in the tranny.

However I think everyone has a legitimate complaint with the radio. My CD's sound good, but you can hear the amps trying to compensate for ambient noise that I don't hear. I will call NNA to file the complaint as others have done to trry and get it resolved. My 2000 Durango with upgraded factory Infinity components sounds much better.

Beyond that, the car now has 168 miles on it in one afternoon. My wife and I are going to dinner in it tonight, we have a babysitter for our Daughter.

I can tell you that once I get my car from them, they will never get my follow-up service business. Instead of helping their customers out and trying to gain loyalty, they just keep gouging. Their loss is someone else's gain.

Congrats.

Sorry that you had to go through all the song and dance to get your car early.

Would be happy to have your service business. PM me and I will get you set up with one of our great Service Writers.
