Unhappy I just watched it go...

I just watched my Z pull down the driveway with the new owner... Hieu is an awesome guy, and he's a new member of the boards... I hope my car serves him well... it was sad to see it go but money troubles will do that do you... Hopefully in a few years i'll be deftly on my feet and able to buy a Z again Heck maybe I can buy mine back LOL wouldn't that be Ironic? Im getting my camaro for the payoff give or take a few K.. so i'll be out of debt and on my way to saving money.. instead of spending it... i'm not leaving the boards though!

Sorry to hear that. No matter how great the Z is, though, it isn't worth ruining yourself financially. Congrats on the Camaro. It's one of the cars I would look at if it I had to give up my Z.

Sorry to hear about that bro...

Just hope that the new owner treats her well, you'll feel even worse if you happen to see her one day and she is visibly abused

If you're really serious, you can always try to find someone to buy it for the payoff. I'm sure there are lots of people who would love to have a Performance custom. Just think, Performance could become the next Yenko.

You sold your Z for a 96 SS with no warranty and a bunch of mods done to save money financially? Good luck man, I had my tranny replaced in my LT1 Z28 3 times within 50K miles, 2 drive shafts, distributor replacement, etc. etc. etc and I didn't even have half the mods that you have. I hope you know what you're getting in to.

This camaro has been babied.. the engine has been taken apart and put back together, the guy put everything he had into it and had to sell it cause he's got a child now and was getting himself straight... I bought the car for cheap.. 9000 bucks Im not worried about anything going wrong because I know the history of it...everything has been replaced. lol
