Well, the waiting is over, and it's official, I'm finally getting a Z! I'm getting a 2004 Daytona Blue Performance model, stick shift, side airbags, splash guards and the usual little extras. Gets here is 2 weeks!

The dealer actually found the car on the boat on its way over here, and was able to redirect it to San Jose, Ca (was supposed to go to Pheonix). Considering the trouble he had to go through to actually find the model/trim I wanted, I got a pretty good deal at $500 under MSRP (not the cheapest, but I was picky with my options!). Got it through Capital Nissan in San Jose, CA.

I'm so excited to finally get my dream car! BTW, I'm going from a 98 Ford Escort to this Z! Quite a difference.

First mods I've planned are a Veilside V1 front lip, Data Systems rear spoiler, clear bra, crystal guard pro application and a Valentine 1 radar. This is gonna be an expensive hobby!

These forums have been a huge help in finding out all kinds of info on the Z before I bought one. Thanks!

Congrats, but i am sorry to inform you that its not the best color! The wait is going to kill you.

 

It's definitely going to kill you. I got a Z on the lot the day I got mine, and the wait while filling out paperwork and whatnot was pure torture.
