Default Base, Enthusiast, Track, wut?

Hey all,

I'm new to the 350z world, and I'm considering buying one. Can someone explain the differences in the trim levels to me? I've checked the Nissan site, but it's not very clear. Are the various trim levels cumulative? Meaning the Track has everything all the other trims have, plus big brakes?

Help?!

I'm not sure about the diferences between the Base & enthusiast, but the Touring & track differences are:

Touring - main differences - Leather seats, Bose stereo option, heated seats

Track - cloth seats(no leather option), brembo brakes, standard stereo, aero package(rear wing & front air dam piece), 18" Rays wheels.

I know you checked this but I posted it for others who might
want to go directly to the Nissan site and see the differences in
models.

I have the TRACK and love it

Check the Nissan site, referenced above, again. There is a box that pops up to show you exactly what is on each model.

It is a bit confusing but if you really want to figure out what comes on each model accurately, its the only way.

No, the adds are not "cumulative".

Basically base= 6mt
Enthusiast=cloth seats, xenons, traction
Track=leather, brembro brakes, lightweight 18'' wheels

The nissanusa.com website has a comparison if you go to compare models.

Cool

ok so i understand the track is 5 grand more than the enthusiast(basically) for spoilers brakes and difuser? is it worth the diff in price ?the performance and handling remains the same?just the trim levels change? and wheel and tire sizes change from 17 to 18 in the performance and the touring and the track edition?thanks for any advice ...i'm also looking i want a daily driver and an auto-x( occasionally) to run in stock class.......... great car i think i would like it in any trim level just the $$$$$$$ adds up ........

For those that need to get AT (many reasons), it's only offered on Enthusiast and Touring trims (no VDC and 18" wheels though).

Test drive them both, see if you can feel the difference between them (Performance and Track). I felt a difference, thats why I got the Track. And don't look at MSRP. You can always talk a dealer down some. If your looking to drive it home that night you likely won't be able to get a track model either, they are limited order for most dealers.

If you figure you can talk a dealer down atleast 1.5K on a track then you would be coming out ahead of a Performance due to the Brembos. Those Brembos will stop on a dime.
