i get a lot of praise of my Z with the nismo wheels...most comments are "they set that Z off"

 

Several people told me I should have gotten the G35c. My reply was...If I wanted 4 seats I would have . I have nothing but luv for the G35c...it's a damn sexy car....well next to the Z of course .

 

We don't have G35 in Australia yet, but I admit that 350z is the best looking car out of nissan. So far I got 9/10 ppl on the road looking at my car. I remember last time I parked my car at a busy street in downtown with the top down, 2 disable couple in the wheel chair also check out my car............:P

 

Yesterday I pulled up to the local car club and Evo owner also asked me if I am I trying to make my car look like G35? I love G35 too but tell me does my car look like G35 at all?

the only thing that I tried to imitate are my wheels that look just like my other wheels on my IS300:

 

looks like a z. a very hot z. next time ask the evo owner if he's trying to make his car look like a salad bar.

 

I've gottan plenty of complimants, but of course when people find out its a 2-seater they tell me i should of gottan a G35. Another complaint i get from friends is that they think i should put rims, but i love the stock look. (maybe i'm just saying that since i'm broke and cant afford rims at the moment)

 

I had an ‘old’ lady at a Starbucks tell me it looked like a squashed Bug (VW). I think she meant it as a compliment, she was too old to be ‘hating’. It really upset me; I just grimaced and walked away. That’s what I get for going to Starbucks.

 

I am amaZed every time I walk out to my car. I think it is gorgeous and so does everyone that sees it. I haven't ever gotten a negative response other than they all think it cost me an arm and a leg. We all know its not that bad. I have a super black one just like the one above but not nearly as hot. My compliments to the super black wow! I can't wait to get my rims then I will post some pics. I really couldn't be more happy with it. A lot of people don't even know its a nissan! They think it is some exotic or something!@?

 

Some might question this statement, but the G35/Z is pretty much like comparing the Integra/Eclipse. The Z, like the Eclipse, looks so great(better???) modified. The G35/integra are too "everyday-car" to be improved substantially. The Z's design just gets to me. I'm very close to catching the mod bug. There is so much potential. I can turn this car into a beast. Just 19"volk GT-Cs, nismo body kit and S-tune suspension will make this car look better than the G35 EVER will. *Check out Skidazzle's setup*

Getting back to topic, your car looks nothing like a g35.

 

 

Yeah, I don’t know what the hate is all about. Mainly it’s just jealousy and envy.
It DOES bother me that our so called ‘Z brothers’ have so much hate toward the 350. See this thread on the 300zx forum.

I get nothing but jaw drops and head turns - especially where I live ! My brother has a 300zx TT and he loves my 350 - they both turn heads wherever we go! I agree most negative comments are just jealous haters

 

Generally, people who told me that G35 is better looking usually can't afford either Z or G35.

I think it's out of Jealousy.

Remeber the phrase "Don't hate me cuz I am beautiful." People hate Z because Z looks too good.
