Discontinuing the Z? I don't think this is possible. This car is tradition.

Dealers say this in an effort to pressure you to purchase the car. When I was shopping for Evos, more than a couple dealers told me the car would be discontinued at the end of year. Nothing could have been further from the truth.

They sold 3200 Z's last month, that's more than the Armada and aside from the G35 Sedan, more than any Infiniti product. You honestly think they'd discontinue anything, especially a Z after only 2 years? Please..

There is no way they'll stop 350z production, it sells too good. When sales slow down, they'll probably make some minor changes to it & ad a few HP to bump demand

What I heard from dealer was that they are not producing Z's for a "few months" starting September. So you will have to wait a long time to get one if you place your order around that time.

Once again this just what I "heard" its always possible that the sales person was BS'ing.

Please please don't ever mention what dealer said... I never ever meet a dealer who'd know the cars he's selling... Or honest dealer... Or dealer who knows corporate plans for next year...

Everything that dealer said should be erased from memory immediately. That's if you can't shut him up from the very beginning.
