I'm aware of the fact that bright red car paint fades in the sun, but does black suffer from this. My SB Z is the only car I own, and use it for the beach. Also, I have no garage so the car stays in the sun parked in the driveway but also in the parking lot at work. Will I be having problems with the paint anytime soon? Other than the extra heat absorption, does the car suffer any worse than silver or white?

I don't think it does, but from what you describe you should take extra precautions - wax it often, and consider a car cover.

definitely take steps to shield your interior, too. the interior will probably deteriorate noticeably faster from the sunlight (UV damage)...

Yeah, I've had the windows tinted 20% all around.
