I've never reset my mpg or travel distance yet (so far 5,200 miles) and I've averaged 33 mph and 22.1 mpg. 80-90% of my driving is on the Turnpike and the rest is fun driving through the city.

That was what I got at Putnam Park. I didn't think that was all that bad for the track.

10.5 here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Driving 90% of the time in stop and go traffic in NYC is a killer on your gas mileage. I was actually averaging 12.5 mpg before my popcharger and now I'm averaging 10.5 mpg. I guess it's all that shifting at 5500 RPM just to enjoy that awesome sound at WOT.

The Z is not that bad actually on gas mileage(considering it's a sportcar). I used to get 13 in my TRD Solara and got only 12 in my 04 TL 6spd.

I dream of getting the gas mileage I read about on this forum but it's never going to happen driving around in the five boros. Those of you living in the suburbs consider yourselves lucky!

Amen. I dream about that kind of gas mileage all the time. Where in nyc are you from? City traffic is the worst, plus when I stoplight race those yellow cabs, my gas gauge dips quite a bit. I spend about $60 a week on gas. its killing me. In a month, I could have a new front lip from all that gas money.

My average which is pretty bad was about 16.3 mpg on each tank.

My worst? Well if this counts, I reset the gauge while going WOT and it read 1 mpg.

I'm from Sunnyside. Not too many Z's or G's around here but a lot of FX's.

It's funny cause I'm averaging about the same $$ a week on gas. It's kind of ridiculous when your gas bill is higher than your monthly car insurance bill!

BTW nice G. Well do a run one of these days. Where are you from? Maybe we could meet up. I haven't been to any of the meets in L.I. and CT in a while so I'd love to do a mini-meet in Queens.

well, I don't drive a Z33, but in my Z32TT, if I floor it 1st through 3rd I can actually watch the gas gauge go down a little (431rwhp on low boost, high flow turbos and big injectors to compensate). My worst average was ~12mpg if I recall correctly (dying fuel system and a heavy foot - I've since replaced just about the entire fuel system =P lol)
