3M general adhesive cleaner
I have severe sap problem in my neighborhood. (no sap on my Z of course ...) and i've tried turle wax's tar and bug remover and ice. Both didn't work too well....
I decided to try 3M general adhesive cleaner. It works great w/ sap. Even those big fat drops stand no chance. 10-15 seconds of rubbing makes sap go bye bye.....
so those of you that have bad sap problems like me. get the 3M cleaner!

Will it remove 3m tape also? In a moment of idiocy, I bought one of those digital clocks and put it in my g35 (i hate reading analog) and stuck it on using 3m double sided tape. I want to remove it now, especially because its an eyesore. Will the 3M work? Will it harm the dash?

3m makes some industrial strenth stuff and I'm not sure I would put that on my paint. No telling what it will do the clear coat. I definitely would not use it on the interior. For the interior, just use a hair dryer and hold it on the spot for about a minute. It will rub right off.
