my 2nd Z stolen and wrecked
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
This is one of the funniest threads I've read here in a while. She's a brat, plain and simple--and I bet she went crying to daddy that people were picking her, too. BooHoo.
(Doesn't matter that she got busted with quotes that she can't keep her story straight--maybe we should forward it to her daddy so he doesn't get totally screwed--I'm betting she handed the guy the keys to show off, too.)

for a disclaimer, Im spoiled, my dad pays for my car, and Im 100% grateful for it every day. but... I wont come on here and try and lie. and for damn sure NO ONE will drive my car. its common sense. if someone goes for my keys, the dog will get dropped on the ground.
as for you paying for your car, you VERY distinctly said your dads insurance will go up, so I take it at very least you dont pay for your insurance.
furthermore, without a massive downpayment somewhere, no way would trading in a <1year old car onto a more expensive roadster result in a lower payment; unless you went from a 3 year loan to a 6year.
just add this to the list of crap already mentioned and I think i have the real story.
vally princess goes to party, her and all her "buds" get nice and drunk, perhaps more. guy says, wow thats a sweet car; girl goes "tee hee, its SOOOO pretty". "Id love to take a spin in it" "teehee, sure!". get in the car, leave the driveway in a ploom of smoke, wrap it around a tree a mile down the road. OH ****! they quickly find the only sober person at the party, and make him the patsy. sounds good, they tell the daddy he'll pay, but it wasnt really him that did it, so he doesnt really. thus, he disappeared, and she, nor her friend thats freinds with him; doesnt know his name or address.

@ a party no witness to who drove off with your car ? friends or not I'm sure someone can vouch for ya
your dad can afford to trade you out of cars I'm sure he can afford a lawyer even for small claims court...if your dad doesn't care than I dont either

Reminds me of a similar situation I was almost in. My G was 6 months old at the time. Drove over to my friends place to hang out, only to stumble upon his gf's two smoking hot friends there. One I knew, the other was a hot exchange student from England. I didn't even know this chick, her name, or anything, and right off the bat, she asked me if she could drive her. Had I been a few years younger, I probably would have, but hells no. Noone is touching my car unless I absolutely trust you. Besides, those Brits drive on the wrong side of the road. A quick lay is not worth a busted up car. But she was damn hot
Sorry for going a bit off topic, but this thread is going nowhere fast anyways.

hey...can you post a picture of yourself so we can photoshop you into the twins thread. all these lies would be great in that thread. it would make that thread much better!

The real question is... did your dad pay for your enema? After reading this entire thread it seems like her @sshole needs to be cleaned out after all of this BS she pulled out of it.
Also, If she was under 18, I would say she should shoot the ****** fu@ker that wrecked her Z, that way she would at least get a lesser penalty when she is sentenced in court. If anyone totaled my Z, (besides the cop that did with my first one), I would seriously run them down and claim $40,000 in restitution.
Lastly, if she did post a picture of herself or her totaled car, then it would make for an easier story to believe, but with the enima subject from the first paragraph, maybe just posting pictures of her car will suffice.

350ZPrincess.. this is what most of us think, which happens to conflict with your story:
1. The person who drove your car into a wreck did not steal the keys, most likely you offered him the drive.
some of us also think that you lied about paying for the car by yourself.
I think what raised the BS flag is that knowing who did the wreck to your car, 5 witnesses and even after that person ("THEY") agreed to pay for the damage, you (or your daddy or your insurance) DID NOT take any action against them, and after 3 months you come to this fourm and ***** about it.
You see, we're not talking about 'Traffic violation' here, if you're story is right, it's stealing a car and wrecking it. The thief never had to be in the scene and get caught by the authority to get charged of these crimes (how many GTA convicts are caught red handed??). The cops know it, and your daddy knows it too.
Instead, you had your dad's insurance pay for it and accepted you dad's insurance would go up. I wonder what you told your insurance people.
I don't think even if I had a million dollars to spare, I would let someone (who is a stranger) just 'go' when he/she steals the keys from my hand, wrecks my car and knowing doing so would make my insurance go up.
The only reason no criminal charges were filed is because, either YOU were driving it, or the kid you are talking about is a very close friend of yours.
I could care less about if you paid for your car yourself or not.
