Looks good so far. I would say to make it better;

turn down the music volume... it is too hard to hear the engine/exhaust sounds over it

get rid of most of the night video... too hard to see/can't tell what I'm watching

I am looking foward to the finished project.

Night scenes are a bit too hard to make out the Z imo, I'd probably try to find better lit streets or more day time footage. Good music btw.

i agree that you should hear more of the Z, not music. I also think that you should film in other areas other than on your street. Look good so far, nice work.

+1... sorry to say but so far your video is pretty boring... did you film in one area only ? get out there and find some nice places to film.. turn the music lower , let us hear the exhaust and get rid of the night shots... good luck

I'm not going to repeat the criticism already submitted but I agree with them all. I know you said it's only half done so I'm sure your second half will kick a.. Nice job for a first effort.

That's pretty cool stuff man. Ditto to the above regarding night shots (shooting at night is incredibly difficult, which is why many 12/24 hour races don't get much coverage during the dark hours), the location variance and the sound.

Damn good start though.

May I ask what video editing software you are using?

Cool idea, if I was doing one I would probably change the following:
1) Video shots from inside (showing dials, shifting, etc...similar to The Run Video)
2) Different Locations, more action
3) If you are going to make mods, show video shots giving chronological evolution of your Z becoming what it is now

Really cool vid though, how long did it take to make? What program do you use to edit?

These three things would REALLY Spice up your video...
1)Burnouts
2)Donuts
3)Drifting
And you should take your video that you have done so far, cut it shorter, keep more day time shots, and that would make a very good intro. You can also try to shoot some scenes where you get a person to film inside another moving car so you can have the Z in motion for a longer period of time rather than a drive by.
