Every computer user should have an updated virus protection program. I recommend Norton Antivirus 2003. The virus definitions should be updated weekly. You wouldn't drive without car insurance would you?
Norton Antivurs 2003:

The fact that it had that heading doesn't necessarily mean someone purposely sent it. Some of these viruses mail themselves out automatically to everyone on the infected computer's address book and take random text off of the computer and use it as attachment titles. Maybe someone with more knowledge of viruses could expound on this since I am a novice only.
To make your life easier, buy an anti-virus product like Norton. To make it even easier, ditch the Microsoft email and buy something like Eudora.
With this setup I haven't been infected for years.

I wasn't running norton at the time (foolishly, but I had had some other problems previously and was running a minimal setup. This particular one sent itself to people in your address book on its own. Even to people whose address was in an email, but not in your address book.

Dr Bonz you are right, but in this case the subject line shows design/relation to someone with at least knowledge of and intent revolving my350z.com. Not very nice. Admin beware!

My laptop used at work or home has McAfee SW that can automatically (or manually) scan the entire system, email, download files and internet websites continuously, and it updates itself with the latest signature file whenever its logged in through my company LAN. Its very slick especially whenever I came across an adult or a new website.
