Well it took almost two months but I'm back in the Z. Got hit on July 3, picked it back up today, Sept. 1. Just pathetic that it took so long. Over $8900 in damage. I'm just incredibly happy to be back in it again and not behind the wheel of the POS Elantra I've been driving

I had my accident at the end of June, and my baby was out for 8 weeks. $17,000 in damages. I know how you feel getting your baby back. Long may you ride her!

Thanks dude. Took for-freakin-ever!! It feels really fast all over again. That happens when you spend two months behind the wheel of Corollas, Tauruses and Elantras. After I checked it out and made sure everything was ship shape, I gathered my paperwork, turned off the radio, rolled the windows down and left the dealership at WOT

 

Since my rear QP was just painted, how long should I wait to wax the car? I've heard that you need to give it a while.

 

60-90days.
