Hey guys...does anyone else think the center console cupholder does not work well. Everytime I get a drink at McDonalds the drink spills forward or sideways when I stop or turn. The cupholder doesnt secure the cup properly. I always have to upgrade to a larger drink so it fits better. Is there an upgraded cupholder or has someone created one that fits better? I hate to have soda dripping down the side of the seat. They should have designed these better. Thanks

I have not had spills when I use it.

I saw that one before, but where do you mount that one? Does that mount on the dash somewhere? Im just a little pissed that we pay all that money for a car and they cant make a decent cupholder.

otherwise...i usually have something with a screw on cap...no spills.

 

Use the one in the dash. All 03s have it; I assume 04s do as well.

i use the one in the dash when she's not in the car. i have too many controllers in the armrest (stereo, dvd, tv, etc).

He appears to be missing the obvious (holder on the dash).

 

I use the one in the dash most of the time, but when my gf and I go out I need to use the cup holder in the console also.

lol... yeah, my gf always holds the drinks whenever we get some. I very rarely use the car cupholders, someone's always holding the drinks.

i'm also curious as to how the one from courtesyparts mounts on the dash as well if anyone has some pics?
