Default SLIP and BRAKE lights keep coming on???

Every time I get into the Z I turnt the VDC off. I noticed today on the way to school that any time the tires would break loose, even a little, the e-brake light and the SLIP light would come on. The VDC did not engage, but the SLIP light stayed on the rest of the way to school. The BRAKE light went off after a coulple off minutes, but would pop back on from time to time. Now every time that the tires break loose those damn lights come on. Has this happened to anybody else. It is going to the shop for service, I would just like to have a good idea of what it is before hand in case they try and screw me.

Check your brake fluid level - both BRAKE & SLIP lights will come on when your fluid level gets low. It will start to occur with quick accelerations & braking as the low fluid level rocks back & forth in the reservoir. Hope this helps.

exactly your low on fluid, but you really arent. Its a sign your brake pads are going out. When you replace the pads and you push the pistons back into the caliper your fluid level will rise.

Or, you refill your fluid, then change your brake pads, and the excess spills out the top. heh.
