350Z delivery delayed???
Okay I was promised Oct 29th by the dealer (Smithtown Nissan). Then they tell me 1st week of Nov. I wasn't too pissed off it was only a couple more days. Then they tell me 12th of Nov. Okay I am starting to lose my patience. This information wasn't sent to me, I had to email them every time I wanted any information at all. This really sucks. Nissan is keeping us all in the dark. And why do I have to keep asking them for info? I mean wouldn't it make sense for them to tell me without me asking them constantly? I was expecting next week and it seems to be pushed back further and further? What's the deal??????

Hey Nissan!
I am in the business of helping you help your customers. Lots of expereince working with manufacturers helping them push out information in near real-time. Including a large computer manufacturer in my general area.
Not that difficult to do despite what others might tell you as long as you approach it prudently. Proven technology is out there and available to help inform and provide info..stop loosing sales and distancing us from you.
Don't consider this a plug by some vendor looking to make money, consider this a wake up call that you have a REAL issue.

I appreciate you giving us all the pre-order program. But the flaws in the programs are a burden to the pre-order customers. I don't know if you guys are going to fix this for the the 2004, if at all you are even going to have this program. But keeping the customer in the dark, without any sense of when their cars will or should arrive, is not the way to do it. I just hope that you guys do get it right though. Smithtown Nissan, I know it isn't your fault, and we are all in the same boat, but it does make everyone look bad when something so important, to Nissan and us all, slip through our fingers.
