Do you all hear like a double clicking sound when you shift? And not smooth into gear... Like you need to push it into the gear, it doesnt want to go in smoothly.....? Thats part of my problem and i just want to see if all the cars do it?

yes, it clicks in, but not with much resistance, just a little click, feels fine to me.

Default two step

I notice this most in shifting from 1st->2nd.

It is a two step process, with resistance first as you go into the 2nd gear gate, then a final click as it slips into 2nd.

It has however become a bit smoother after my break-in period. I have about 3500 miles now.

ACtually, it seems that my Z has gotten tougher to shift after the break-in. I now have 1400 miles and I too experience the double step process in shifting...one clunk from first to neutral...another clunk going into 2nd. I'm waiting to see if Nissan recognizes a problem and plan to mention it to them at the time of my first oil change.
