Just did mine this weekend with 1300 miles after break-in. I just got the filter at my Nissan dealership. It was about $7. I bought a case of Mobil 1 at Wal-Mart for $24. It is pretty easy, but you have to remove the underbody cover, probably 15 screws. There is a cutout, but you can't get the filter off through there. I tried to just loosen the cover, but when I took the filter off, oil went all over the other side of the cover and started migrating to drips everywhere. Next time, I will definitely take the whole cover off first. If I had, it would have been very easy and clean. No harm though, and I learned a good lesson. Plus, it was kinda fun getting my hands dirty on her.

Sunday, I Zainoed. That stuff is incredible. It takes so little . . only 1 ounce for the entire car and the entire wheels. She got a lot of attention this weekend.

Also, I just used one jack stand and a floor jack, no ramps. I couldn't figure out how to get two stands under the car or where to place the floor jack in the middle to get both sides up at the same time. I had plenty of room for the oil change the way I did it.

You must be the thin man because I couldn't get my shoulder under the car. No way can anyone get the filter off without a jack. I just don't believe that.
