What's the hurry? I would'nt rush into it.....There's always something else right around the corner......Do your research....

p.s., I kinda take offense to the idea that you "have" to settle for a Z instead of a G35........The Z is a totally different kind of animal.....A Very Aggressive Animal....Good Luck to ya'...Dave

Yeah I dont get the "settle" comment either. I could have had either and simply felt the Z was a superior choice for performance.

Also You can get new Zs at 2% where as used ones will run you 6% plus. Do you realize that means a $27,000 Z new over 5 years will cost you about the same as that used one will!
NOT TO MENTION 0 Miles! If you have good credit new all day long...NO BRAINER!!

Good luck but from teh sound of things it sounds liek you should wait until you are in a better positions $wise. Did you consider insurance cost?

Yeah the settle thing!!! I am looking into getting a Z after driving both the G35 and the Z back to back the Z is what I want. Besides as EnthuZiat stated you will would be better to find one new that is in your price range than getting a used one and paying more because of the interest rate.....Besides the Z is more aggressive in all categories(sp), looks, sound, and most importantly driving!!!!

dont know about the 2003...a used 2003 at that. i think a lot of people has had some issues with the first year model. these problems are all fixable but neverthless you should be careful when buying

What he said....you're a million times better off waiting for the one you really want. Not to mention that being "car-poor" is a miserable way to live.

The G35 is just a upscale version of the 350z. There performance numbers are pretty close in all catagorys. So I can understand why he said settle for a Z. :P

I have both cars, so when I take bussiness clients out to lunch I like taking the G35, where as if Im going for a long drive up a mountain road I'll take my 350z as it makes me feel like im driving a race car with its smaller size and stiffer ride. Even tho in reality its performance is only a tad better then the G35.
