i say yay but as long as they come out with somethin like SMG or SMG itself. It would be pointless if it lagged on shifts like Auto.

We're the consumer. Of course it matters.

You're not too bright, are you.

So, you're telling me that this poll will help dictate what Nissan does with the next generation Z transmission?

I think it would be pretty sweet personally, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another 6MT either.

They already have it in the Skyline Sedan in Japan, it wouldnt be hard to go into the parts box and migrate it.

I was just asking out of curiosity, not because I wanted to influence Nissan's development plan.

Actually, the opinion on this forum could closely resemble what the opinion of a majority of other Z enthusiants around the world want in the next Z. So I think this is a good poll.

Working for a consumer products company, we ask consumers (like you) all the time what they want in their next products. How do you think little annoying things in our Z's have been upgraded/updated throughout the years? Nissan needs to listen to consumers just like every other consumer products company in the world if they want to succeed.

In conclusion...you, sir, are the one that's not "too bright".

lol. Fckin dolt.

You expect Nissan to release a automobile not caring what might be in the interest of the consumers? I didn't state that they might see this poll and totally change their mind. I say they do care what the consumer wants if they want to approach a lucrative opportunity. It's common sense..

The un-bright one is you my friend.. Thanks for a once again new attempt at being a tr0ll. You're great at it.

i think it would be a pretty cool option to have. However, if it resembles mitsubishi's pathetic attempt at a paddle shift or any other lag having shifter, i would want nothing to do with it. Make it an option or a dealer ad-on possibly.

Yea I was gonna say I saw the new Mitsubishi advertised on tv having magnesium paddle shifts!
So the Z should definitely get it!

I would love to see it, but as stated above, I would only want it if it was like the SMG
personally, i don't think nissan will do it.

Well guess what dumbass? The person asking is NOT Nissan.

Also, what kind of transmission choices are available for the GT-R? Were you asked?

Idiot.
