And... as much as I live the 1 espcecially with the Tii parts..... That baby weighs in at 3370....

38-40k for 3150lbs and 430hp sounds like a better deal to me. Seriously if Nissan starts the next gen Z at 35k for the base they are kidding themselves. There are other cars out there in the same price range that are better or similar bargins. Nissan needs to go back to when the Z used to stand out from other cars rather than just compete with them. Also I'm not sure where you got the "at least 350hp" from since most reports elude to the fact that 350hp will be near the max of what it will come with. Chances are we'll see closer to 330-340hp range.
Dude....go to youtube and type 350z, im too lazy to link it...and youll find a jap tv clip that pits the nismo up against an M3, s2000, and 135i. Youll also find that the Nismo takes all three in quarter mile. Im assuming the 370z will be more powerful than current nismo...

Dude, i didnt see what kind of s2000 it was bc it was in japanese, only that IT WAS an s2000, and i dont even know that much about the s2000 except the fact that its slower than dragging ball sacks. And finally, i didnt do the comparison...so dont blame me for pitting an S2k against a nismo.
To sum it all up, i still love you but i pity the foo that would buy either a s2k or a 135i over a nismo...like the dingleberry factory that is the OP.
