That's the first shot I've seen of the whole interior (Chebosto's pics won't all load for me for some reason). Looks MUCH better than my Z's interior.

 

terrible car IMHO. should have put a factory turbo on the HR and saved millions creating this thing.

If and when I do get this car (goes for any car I buy)? And nothing personal toward the people who like forums etc.. But I'll be spending most of my time driving the new ride. Than typing about it on some forum. As the cars not out yet I'm mostly here for the info etc..

 

The interior looks like a drastic improvement over the current model. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to sit in it and see how it really feels.

 

I think they did a phenomenal job with that car. It's an evolutionary design of the z33 but yet it also has GTR cues. Looks much better than the GTR though, and just as good as the Z33. I'm guessing it will go mid to low 13s trapping 105-107mph stock.

I'm shocked, because the spy photos and early shots posted on here did not look too good, but I like the final version a lot.

That's pretty much what the current HR runs and this car is lighter and more powerful. I'm betting you'll see bone stock Z34s in the 12s @ 107+ shortly after they come out. Just my guess though...

I can't say it looks better than the current Z, I happen to really like the 350. The new car looks alright but I'd prefer Nissan not use the head and tails that look similar to the other models. I always thought the Z should stand out from tthe other brand members. But the head and tails aren't ugly.
My other criticism is the shortness. It's short now. The new model is shorter. Gonna be hard for big and tall guys to buy it, they will look like sardines in a can. The shoerter 370 looks more toy-like....like you can pick it up and roll it across the floor. The takes my big butt out of the running for getting one. Way to go Nissan, you've just made a car that only girls and little guys can own. That's the way to reduce sales.

 

You COMPLETELY missed the point. Plenty of people in this thread have stated that they don't like it. I haven't said anything to them. I was calling STEVEO out for sounding like an idiot with his statement about possibly getting "stuck" with a Z34 like it's an inferior car to the Z33. If you don't like the looks, fine, that subjective. If you start trying to say that the Z33 is better over all you just sound stupid.

It's shorter in LENGTH not HEIGHT. The headroom and legroom should be very similar to the 350Z. I've seen it posted somewhere that a 6'2" man should have no problem fitting in the 370Z. Average height of males in this country is 5'8"...so how will only little guys fit in it?

 

Technically, it is shorter in height (0.3")... however, also the seats are lowered (0.4")...

Both the 350Z and 370Z list headroom at 38.2"...

Legroom for the 350Z = 42.6", while the 370Z is at 42.9"... so it improved.

Another interesting tidbit is that the interior passenger room went from 50.5 to 51.6 and the cargo capacity went from 6.8 to 6.9 cubic feet.

Smaller car, better packaging.

But if you really want to see genius packaging, look at the Cayman S with 14.5 cu ft of cargo caapcity. I really like how the trunk area in the back is low/recessed... so small bags will not block rear visibility.

 

So it's a wash...

I never implied the Z34 was inferior to the Z33 or vice versa, once again dipshit, I said I DIDN'T LIKE THE STYLING ON THE NEW Z, nor did I imply that I would have to settle for the Z34 had I not got my HR. I could have went out and bought various other cars to my liking. (example: If I didn't like your mommy because her sh.it was stretched out like a bag of cow tongues...
