Default Tanner Foust and the 370z

Some facts aren't exactly accurate, but other than that.... it's good to see a in-car review of the car and see his impressions.

Edit: if this is a repost, didn't see a search on it and I apologize if it was already posted.

LOL @ 3575lbs, 7 inch wheelbase reduction, 300lbs, and every other mistake. Foust may be a good driver, but fact checking isn't one of his strong traits. This guy is going to be one of the hosts of Top Gear USA, too. If this is any indication, I can already pronounce our version of the show to be sh*t.

Heaviest Z = GT @ 3381. I wish people would quit fattening up the already chunky 350. I read one story awhile back and the guy said 3700 lbs. Idjuts.

correction Nissan's website says 3,616 for the 09 GT w/ auto making it the heaviest

why don't you guys use google every once in a while

he said his car weighed 3575, which just so happens to be the EXACT weight of the 09 enth w/ 6MT

you guys should do your homework before talking about things you obviously don't know about.
Stop guessing at weights, look 'em and stop bashing someone who is driving and not looking at a fact sheet.
He's driving, you're not, so what's your excuse for being wrong?

His numbers are better than most of yours, so maybe he would make a better car show host than you think.

Hate to break it to you, but you're a moron and you're wrong. That weight is for a convertible. Instead of telling US to do some research, you should get your facts straight. And there is no such thing as an 09 350Z Coupe. The 09 350Z you see on Nissan's website is a convertible that's being carried over.

Here's a spec sheet directly from Nissan: http://www.nissannews.com/assets/spe...oupe_Specs.pdf
The stated weight is about 3350lbs.

Here's the official spec sheet for the convertible: http://www.nissannews.com/assets/spe...issan_350Z.pdf
The stated weight is 3575lbs for an Enthusiast.

It may not get you banned, but it sure did get you owned. Now kindly, stfu.

Laugh out loud. Arnold said Owned and Stfu. He's so hip. So now.

It's always fun watching adults try and speak net. Next he'll tell us something is viral or perhaps rick-roll us.

awww those crazy kids. laugh out loud.

he did have valid points though, SirSpeedyZ didn't do his homework.

+ 1 Arnold.

I may be wrong but wasnt he racing a convertable 350Z? If so then he is spot on about the 3575lbs.....

On another note Im worried about him saying its smaller inside. Im 6'6" and fit ok in the 350z. Not so sure about the 370z...

Actually I did do my homework, they were talking about the HEAVIEST Z, that being the 09 vert. I knew what I was doing. Maybe you should read closer next time Arnold.

Two of them were saying that 3575 was a ridiculously weight and unthinkable weight for the Z and the heaviest was lighter than that. NOT SO. Also the other two were laughing and saying WTF at 3575 is a exact weight of one of the cars (yeah its a vert but still close to an actually weight).

Maybe I was wrong to put of specs on a vert, but two of those chuck heads were talking about the heaviest Z. And I was trying to show them the error of there ways.

So maybe next time YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK, (I knew someone was going to try to correct me, thats why I got my info from Nissan.)

so you should sir

and that is all.
