Personally, I like what Nissan did with the new Z. They upgraded the interior and spent all the money on improving the performance (arguably better drivetrain, more aluminum, etc.) without shoving a lot of expensive (and unnecessary IMHO) electronics into the chassis, putting on lots of extra weight on the car and upping the price tag significantly. I think Nissan did manage to improve an already decent platform. In an age where cars are getting heavier and heavier and we're being forced to live with electronic nannies for our own safety, I welcome a car that still gives me full control and keeps all the unnecessary junk out. The more of that crap there is, the higher the maintenance cost will be in the long term and the higher chance something will break...and it will. Seems like Nissan resisted the temptation and did not do this with the new Z. Kudos to Nissan for not screwing up something good. If only they did that with the GTR....sigh.

As far as looks, that's totally subjective. It's like arguing what the best color is. Everybody has their own opinion and you know what they say about opinions

It's called a "personal opinion" buddy, all you need to do is disagree, this forum would be better without posters like you!
How ironic...

My sarcastic post was in response to you closed-minded post about how not every opinion revolves around yours.

The 370Z looks great to many. That doesn't mean its going to reflect your own opinion.

Looks are always subjective.

Yeh but matey I'm far from close-minded, I'm very happy for everyone who loves the new look and I've always said I love the interior and the performance and to a degree I probably wish I liked the look of it too but unfortunatly I'm far from it. I made a statement saying the 350 isn't outdated trash like what has been thrown around here a lot. Me not seeing how everyone loves it so much is the same as you not seeing why everyone hates it. For you to say "oh 350 is the best looking car for decades " is you being closed-minded about people not liking the look of the new car.
