Also, check Z eliminators drag threads, 12.8 on stock wheels/tires, I'll put money that your best bolt on HR isnt close to that. BTW, he drives an auto.

How close is "close"? How about two reported and verified at 12.9? https://my350z.com/forum/3035915-post6.html They are both 6-speeds also. What's the fastest 6MT 370 showing so far?

Not sure on the 6MT, and thats a full tenth, a world of distance in the drag world. Thats your BEST bolted HR, he wasnt even bolted with that 12.8, thats whats great about it.

And to the other guy, I'll be within 3 hours of DFW shortly, being stationed in Lawton, OK in a few months, if you'd like to run, i'd be more than happy to oblige.
ROFL, you want to run me? Sure buddy, how much do you wanna put up? I not a great drag racer by any means but I think I will still win.

TT'ed, of course you would win, but whats funny is a Supercharged 370 at 8psi puts down more power than your TT

probably touched a nerve with that one... I'm gonna go ahead and bounce before this turns into an even bigger flame war. I cant believe how close minded and biased this forum is, sad really.

Thats not fully bolted man, I figured you would know that. Ahh this forum continues to disappoint me. I didnt come here to talk shyt to all of you, I posted to show what the Z34 is capable of. Unfortunately I cant differentiate the kids from the fanboys to the real Z enthusiasts here, which is truly sad to me. Which is why i'll be deleting my account, thanks for the welcome gentlemen, good group of guys you are. Ya know, you guys could learn a thing or two from the other forum, people there actually make intelligent posts and show respect to one another, seems like this one could take a few pointers.

You said he had no boltons.

Adding additional boltons wont do much. He would see the best gains by addings dr's/slicks.

I wouldnt say that, the FI long tube headers would definitely increase his top end power, especially if he was tuned. Short shifter would shorten the length of throws significantly, polyurethane transmission mount would make for smoother gear transition, stage 2 clutch/lighter flywheel, better LSD, theres a world of stuff you could add to get more out of it. But I agree, with a good set of MT's that 12.8 could easily be 12.5. He already has the GTM supercharger on order, says hes shooting for mid 11's, which seems feasible. Keep an eye on that thread, should be a good read in the months to come.

didnt touch a nerve. i guarantee my car would slaughter a 370z running a 8psi supercharger. you dont seem to know your dynos very well. 487whp on sharifs dyno is about 535 to 560whp on a dynojet, 10 to 15% difference. just to give you an idea, a stock GT-R puts down around 390whp on his dyno dynamics. but who cares about these minor details. you are the one who asked to run. does your 370 have a supercharger? i dont care who else has a 370z with a supercharger, wtf do you run buddy? oh, my setup is good for 4 to 6 more pounds boost if i need it since my motor is built and i have all the necessary supporting mods.

close minded? you sir are the close minded. if you honestly think that you are putting that much power down you are crazy. i tell you what, come down to dallas. we can setup a dyno run on a dynojet. if you hit 330+ whp i will pay for the dyno and compensate you $200 for your troubles. if you fail, which im 99,9% positive that you will, you pay for the dyno and buy me beer.

one last thing. you dont know me very well because you are new here but everyone knows how much i champion the 370z. ive defended that car especially against HR owners who are in denial about which car faster . i know the 370 faster and i know how well it responds to mods but... you are in dream land using your ricer math and your little gadget warp your on sense of reality which is your car isnt putting down 330+ whp on any dynojet.

edit: my guestimate, 310whp.

Stillen Supercharger is also in my near future to do list, once installed I'm hoping to race a few TT'ed HR's, always been a fan of competition.
Hope you don't eat too much crow after the fact....

12.8009@ 110.3 It almost went 12.7's on stock 19 inch tires
Last time on the dyno it made 297.8 SAE or 307.8 standard HP. Bolt ons and making 330rwhp not a chance. with the headers and the pulley mine might make 302 to 303 rwhp. My base line was 260.5.

I don't know a ton about FI Zs, but let's just say you're picking fights with the wrong folks on the board noobapotomous.
