We ran with a stock NISMO 370Z at Laguna a few months back (https://my350z.com/forum/northern-ca...with-ncrc.html)

The owner, who admittedly is a track hound, overheated the brakes within 3 hard laps. Granted, Laguna Seca is hard on brakes, but he came in shaking his head and noting that the stock brakes were not up to snuff. Aftermarket pads weren't available 3 months ago when we went, but now there are some, so we'll see how it does at the next event.
