Guy named Chuck gave me a call on Saturday trying to explain the situation to me. He seemed to be more helpful then "Joel". Stated that a few came in on on shipment and will be shipping mines out. I'll keep you posted.

The tracking number you received 10-15-10 is the correct tracking number. When tracked it shows the shipment picked up yesterday with a delivery date of Tomorrow 10-27-10. You also received notification yesterday when we changed the status of your order to "shipped". Please let me know if you are not receiving order status updates via email.

Received the cargo net, it looks pretty official instructions are in japan, and looks to be an official nissan product for the 370Z straight from Japan themselves. I'll take pics and post them up.

^^ Glad everything worked out. I've purchased items from Z1 before and never had any problems. Everybody, especially Joel, was very helpful.

Good to hear you finally got the net. I've only had one experience with Z1 so far. I just ordered a Quaife LSD and an "install package" from them. At first I was pretty pleased and they assured me that the price they were giving me was the best price for the LSD, all the bearings, bolts, seals etc. But, upon recieving my invoice I found that if I had bought the LSD from another supplier I was considering and bought the bearings, etc sepperate, I would have actually saved a couple hundred bucks. I was a little mad about that. I was under the impression there was a bunch of stuff in the "package" deal and that I would get a good price since they are a vendor associated with Nissan. But, you live and learn. Next time I will do much more research.

Z1 Motorsports was a big help to me at ZDAYZ this year. Had a short in a relay and they towed me back to their shop on a Sunday and had me back on the road by Monday afternoon!! They even gave me a breakdown of suggested servicing!! They're good guys and I'm glad this problem was resolved.

I've ordered from Z1 recently, they called and emailed me about my order and gave tracking info via email. In my case, they went above and beyond. A+ in customer service in my book.
