Default which 370z?

I've been looking around to get a 370z for a few months, I like these two and I know they have been up for sale for a while now, maybe 5-6 months each:

2011 Nissan 370z Touring - askin $32k+
1 accident - rolled down the hill on dealer lot and hit a fence when it was brand new
9000 km

OR

2010 Nissan 370z 40th Edition - askin $37k+
no accident
16000 km
Borla Exhaust
K&N Typhoon intake

I'm going down to check them out tomorrow. Which do you recommend and what price do you think I might be able to get?

if it goes well I will be getting one of them this week or latest next week.
Thanks

Neither are the facelift model, so I'd go with the 2010, as it's had no accident damage, the mileage is lower and it's a 40th Anniversary model (maybe easier to sell in the future being a 40th).

Borla exhaust usually makes a good growl.

Anyway, it's impossible for us to help, as we haven't seen them first hand, it's all down to condition of the body/panels/interior and how happy the engine is.

Any 370z over 30k is overpriced. Better off looking somewhere else unless you REALLY want that warranty from a dealership.

Up here in Canada, I don't think that's overpriced. brand new 370z base starts at $48k(tax included)

Ah didn't even notice you lived in Canada. There is a really nice 370z for sale locally, too bad you live in the Great White North. http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/n...445777007.html

I went to check out the 40th edition a little too late and they told me they just sold it, lucky guy who bought it flew in 3 hours to buy it and paid asking price, whatever... they have 3 other 40th edition left so I took one out for test drive in our lovely Canadian winter weather. Great car, it was my first 370z, I have driven 350z before and this was definitely an improvement, I love 370z!
I can't judge how the car is mechanically so i'm hoping to get it checked out at a Nissan dealership. cosmetically, I only found a small dent which they will fix if I decide to get it.

from $37.8k I talked them down to $36.8k but I still think it's too high.

any advice?

I took some photos to share:

PS. Happy New Year!
