I just want to see the official specs, pricing, and trim options already

Also, maybe the new Z is stick because Nissan can't figure out how to make a good CVT

Nissan hasn't released any MSRP on the Z35. The average price for a new car today is over $40K. Where did you hear of a $35K starting price?

Multiple places, but it's all rumor. Seen everything from $35k-45k. More rumors landed in the mid-high $30s than in the $40s.

I can guarantee you it will be above $40k starting price, if I'm wrong even better, but I don't think I will be.

No care how much it costs.

I want to know where I can buy the tires to run on my underpowered and very slow 350Z. If the car don't scream, at least the tires will scream "Z cahhhhhhhh!!!"

But ya, I won't be buying a new Z anytime soon. Just bought another place on the island.... at least that should appreciate. And I can store more bikes than cars there. Heh heh....

In case anyone wants to know, the base model Z will be $39k.

Wagers?

I'll wager a 6pk lol, I can't see it being under $40k but I hope I'm wrong, I don't care either way as I won't be buying one. My car will be better when I'm done with it.

Trav, you already have a standing invite here in CA or HI.

For a small cover charge.

Bring your Corvette. 😆

1684 miles one way at 20 mpg (prob less depending on right foot, averages 15 ish now), would cost me minimum $600 in gas round trip,

Production model photos leaked. Folks are saying this is the US model due to the amber sidemarkers in the headlights.

https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a3...n-400z-leaked/

Overall, very similar to the Z Proto. A few tweaks here and there. It looks like they ditched the two piece drilled rotors, can't tell if the calipers are 6 piston up front or not (looks like they are). Carbon fiber accents have been removed (not surprised). The new Z takes a lot design aspects from the 370Z and improves upon them (imo). The rear deck/bumper/taillights have grown on me over time and I really like the front end now. For me, all that remains is the price point and varying trim options.
