If you had any kind of a leak, you'd smell it. Especially after pulling into the garage after a drive. My fumes are hella strong. I can't even stick my head under the hood for at least 15-20 min after I shut her down.

I just pulled the fuel rail, and noticed that where the injectors "plug in", the rails have been modified, deep inside of the hole. It's hard to describe, but there is the hole where the injector goes, then at the end of the hole, there's a little lip that is smaller in diameter, right as it goes into the fuel rail tube. Well, part of that lip has been cut out, and two our of the three injector mounts had this little cut piece of lip hanging off, sticking out into the rail, with some nasty sharp edges. Just so happens that the two injectors that were leaking, were the two with the little flaps of metal sticking out. I got rid of the little flap and used a small, fine file to smooth out the rough edges where the lip was cut. I've since re-installed the injectors, and primed the fuel system again by turning the key to ACC. So far, no leaks. I'm going to try again a min.

If no leaks, I'll re-install the plenum and hopefully be done with this mess and finally enjoy my car.

I PM'ed Phunk, and he said his FCON with 1000cc injectors idled at 800rpm, and 15.0:1. Maybe he can chime in and explain how he sets up his FCON to accomplish this, as I havent tuned any FCON's.

I think I was jinxed by reading this thread. I am now running in the mid 10's in boost and my fuel economy went to ****. I got 80 miles out of half a tank
