If there is an aftermarket windscreen available, it would be pretty costly to do the replacement since you have to break the tabs on the roll bar covers to get the old screen out and then buy new roll bar covers to replace them.

That was totally my idea. LOL
I tried it with something else but on of my bulbs went out. I think I may just put a little 4" neon tube between the glass and tonneau cover.

I used a piece of side beam fiber optic cable between the rubber seal and the glass the whole length of the seal. This looks really nice, I will post a picture of it. It only does red I am afraid and is tied to the running and brake lights. This was easy and cheap to do. Only problem is removing the danged roll bar covers.
I have two sets of the rollbar covers. One replacement after stereo installation. Having an old set to look at makes it much easier to get the new set on and off without destroying the tabs. I also lube the hell out of the tabs with wd40 so everything slides around easily when I remove them. I paid $36 apiece for the 4 replacement pieces once. Not again.
