Well a lot more than my old Supercharged grocery getter. You also get a lot of attention from the people you already know.

This is the first car I've ever had that attracted this sort of attention. Old people and young people yell encouragement at me on the street. I get into long conversations in parking lots, and at drive-throughs people hang out of the window to get a better look. (I had one Arby's manager talking about how I must enjoy smoking the new C6; I have no idea what he was smoking!). By comparison, our Cobra, which is really something special and is pushing 450 horses with the current mods, gets ignored most of the time.

I too get that attention from all sorts of age groups.....
but to spice things up for you, I've been reading on the
forum that a Rear Sway Bar Upgrade changes the
driving dynamics of the Z by a lot making
turn In "seem faster"......

thats my first upgrade and the price is right too....
just under $400 for both front and rear....

Definitely a LOT of attention. Parking lot conversations... security cars circling around it to get a better view... people's girlfriends staring lol... definitely one of the most attention grabbing car for the money. The two half ***** on the tonneau cover makes this car look exotic.

Funny thing is I get as many older people (50+) coming up and checking out my car as I do people under 30...

Definatly a head turner...

Completely more looks than previous convertibles. I think it has to do with the fact that this car is not a "me too" car like most others. Sure, I could have bought a Mustang, a Vette, or other convertibles out there, but look at the sheer numbers of them. You see enough of them and they are no longer a novelty like the ZR is.

When I'm in my driveway washing it people walking down the street (usually older) always come up and ask me about the car.

As I've stated elsewhere, I am sorely disappointed. I expected more looks from the women. What I am getting instead are stares of envy from other middleaged balding guys. . .

I've gotten to the point I expect someone nearly every time to say something. Plus I've changed a few things on mine that make it even more unique. Definitely not a car for blending in, of course I knew that, but I really didn't expect this much reaction to continue a year and a half into having it! Fortunately, it is rare enough that most people still haven't seen many or had a chance to get a closer look. I'll have to say I still stare! And I see it everyday. I love this car.

If you are shy, then this car is not for you. If you are an extrovert, you should be in heaven with it.

Default Amount of attention is almost UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

It's only a Nissan, after all! Really, though, the ZR is one of the most beautiful cars in production, regardless of cost. In my eyes, there are only a handful of exotics that are visually more stunning from the exterior.

The appeal of the car is not just its exotic look, but the fact that it looks exotic but is still a real car that is "attainable" by real people. It is also relatively rare and new compared to the usual slew of Mustangs, Vettes, miatas (other well known convertible sports cars).

I have gotten looks, stares, thumbs-up from people from 6 to 86. From ***-crack gangstahs to soccer-moms to grannys. I have come out of a restaurant to find a group of people huddled around it. Part of it for me may be the Daytona Blue color, but any way you look at it, this car is a serious head-turner.

My dealer told me that there was a guy out test driving a BMW Z4 one day, who saw me driving around in my car. He immediately drove the Z4 back to the BMW dealership, proceeded immediately to my Nissan dealership and paid cash on the spot for the PPW ZR sitting in the showroom.

I once saw a guy getting into his corvette in his driveway. As I approached, he madly scrambled out of his car to do a double take at my ZR. He pointed and his buddy turned and stared also.
