My 350z Roadster Touring Edition Purchase Story
- May 30, 2005 - 11:50 AM -
I've offically purchased a Black 2005 Roadster. I literally just got off the phone with the dealer and put a $500.00 deposit down.
Ordered:
2005 Ebony (Black) Roadster
Touring Edition
Burnt Orange vented seats
Delivery: June 20, 05
The Manager was great. He's made the sale conditional that I sell my current car (which is sold pendng inspection by future owner)
More to come soon.

Update:
Well my dealer called me today and said the Grand Touring model is a minimum of 3 weeks away. It's somewhere in Vancouver, and he stressed the word "somewhere".
Originally, I wanted the regular Roadster, and I use the word "regular" only because the Roadster without the Brembo and VDC doesn't have a catch sub name!
So, he told me I can now get the regular Roadster on Wednesday. I went for it. I figure the brembo's and VDC would be nice but I'm saving almost $3000 and getting the car in just a few days.
And, he threw in the 3M invisible bra also.
So official pick up date is Wednesday June 8th. Whoot!

Oh don't tell me that. I already told the dealership not to prep it but he promised and promised there would be no swirl marks, etc. etc. I told him if they wash it, they CAN NOT dry cloth dry it. Only use a wet shamee. (sp)
Picked it up last night. All I can say is WOW! What a car. Test drives just do not give it justice. This thing handles so well. I can't wait to get in it again and take her for a rip.
